SSC NER NE11325 Provisional List — Grievance Window Closes 10 September

If you sat the Computer Based Examination for this post, this is the list that tells you whether your application has been provisionally accepted or rejected at the document scrutiny stage — and if rejected, why.

What This Notice Means

SSC forwarded the shortlisted candidates' application copies and supporting documents to the Weaver's Service Centre on 16 April 2026 for scrutiny. The department returned its findings by letter dated 25 August 2026, and this notice publishes that outcome — who has been provisionally accepted and who has been tentatively rejected, along with the reason for each rejection.

This is explicitly a tentative list. Being on it, even as accepted, does not by itself entitle a candidate to a call for Document Verification. SSC says DV calls will go out strictly by the number of vacancies in each post and by merit in the Computer Based Examination — so being provisionally accepted here is a step cleared, not a guarantee of the next one.

Common Reasons for Rejection

The rejections on this list fall into two categories, sometimes both together:

• No essential educational qualification — the most common reason by far on this list.
• No essential experience — required alongside the qualification for this post, and its absence rejects an otherwise qualified application.

If you were rejected, the notice against your name states which of these applies. There is no third reason on this list — every rejection here traces to one or both of these two.

How to Raise a Grievance

If you were provisionally rejected and believe the finding is wrong, SSC NER has given a fixed window to say so.

1. Write directly to the user department — the Weaver's Service Centre — at wscguw@gmail.com.
2. Copy the regional office at sscner.candidatecontact@gmail.com.
3. Send it by 10 September 2026, 6:00 PM. The notice is explicit that anything received after this date and time will be neither entertained nor reviewed — there is no late window.
4. If you were rejected earlier in the process and had already submitted documents, the notice separately asks you to re-submit them now.

Candidates who were provisionally accepted have nothing to send here. The grievance window is only for candidates contesting a rejection.
