By AssamJobDesk TeamPublished on

The SSC NER NE10825 provisional list is out for the post of Field Assistant, Group C, Pay Level 3, at the Central Silk Board under the Ministry of Textiles. It shows which shortlisted candidates cleared the document scrutiny stage. This page is for you if you sat the Selection Posts Phase XIII Computer Based Examination and applied for post category NE10825. If you did not, you can skip it: the list covers only 25 candidates for this one post.

Despite the title of the notice, nobody on this list has been rejected. All 25 names are marked provisionally accepted. Six of them carry a remark about their category certificate, though, and if you are one of those six, read the section on remarks below before 15 October 2026.

How the NE10825 Provisional List Was Prepared

The Computer Based Examination for Phase XIII Selection Posts ran from 24 July to 2 August 2025, with one more day on 29 August 2025. SSC declared the result on 5 February 2026. On 16 April 2026 the Commission sent the application forms and documents of shortlisted candidates to the Central Silk Board for scrutiny. The Board sent back its findings by email on 18 September 2026, and SSC NER has now published them.

For each candidate the list gives the registration number, roll number, name, date of birth, gender, category and scrutiny status. We have not copied the names here. Open the official PDF from the Important Links table and search it for your roll number.

What the Remarks Against Six Names Mean

Six candidates are accepted but flagged, for one of two reasons:

Remark on the listCandidates
OBC certificate issued beyond closing date4
EWS certificate valid for 2025-26 not submitted2

The notice does not say what happens to these six, for example whether they keep their reserved category or are counted as unreserved. It only records the problem. In central recruitment a reservation claim normally rests on a certificate that was valid on the closing date of the advertisement, so a remark like this can decide which merit list you land in. If one of these remarks is against your name and you hold a certificate that answers it, this grievance window is the time to send it.

If you are from Assam, note that a central job uses the central OBC list and a Non-Creamy Layer certificate, not the state OBC or MOBC certificate. Our guide to getting a caste certificate in Assam explains the difference. An EWS certificate has to be the one valid for the year the notice names, here 2025-26, and our EWS certificate guide covers how that validity works.

How to Send a Grievance About the NE10825 List

  1. Email the Central Silk Board directly at jobs.csb@gov.in.
  2. Send a copy to the SSC NER regional office at sscner.candidatecontact@gmail.com.
  3. Give your name, roll number, registration number and post category NE10825, and attach the certificate that answers the remark.
  4. Send it by 6:00 PM on 15 October 2026. SSC says anything received after that will be neither entertained nor reviewed by the department.

Large scans can bounce from government mail servers. If your certificate PDF is heavy, compress it before you attach it. If you are accepted with no remark, you have nothing to send.

Does Acceptance Mean a Document Verification Call?

No. SSC says plainly that this tentative list gives no right to be called for Document Verification. DV calls go by the number of vacancies in the post and by merit in the Computer Based Examination. Being accepted here clears one step, not the next. SSC NER has not announced DV dates yet. When it does, we will post them under results and lists.

Other SSC NER Phase XIII Lists

SSC NER is working through its Phase XIII post categories one at a time. The NE10425 final scrutiny list for Laboratory Attendant and the NE11325 provisional list for Technical Superintendent went through the same process, so they show what tends to come after this stage. For vacancies you can still apply to, see our latest job notices.
