What this site is
AssamJobDesk is a news site. We summarise job notifications, admit cards, results, answer keys, admission notices and scholarship updates that are already published by government departments, recruitment boards and other official bodies, and we link to the source.
What this site is not
We are not a recruiter, a recruitment agency, a government department, or an agent of any employer. We do not accept applications, we do not forward your details to anyone, and we have no say in who is selected.
We never charge a fee for a job, and we will never ask you to pay us for an application, a result, or a place on a list. Anyone who contacts you claiming to represent AssamJobDesk and asks for money is not us. Pay application fees only on the official portal named in the notification.
Accuracy, and why you must check the source
We work from official notifications and try to get every date, vacancy count, fee and eligibility rule right. Even so, notifications are corrected, extended and withdrawn, and mistakes are possible in transcribing them.
The official notification is always the authority, not our summary. Before you apply, pay a fee or travel for an examination, confirm every detail — especially the last date — on the official website linked in the post. We are not liable for a missed deadline, a rejected application or a wasted fee.
Links to other sites
Posts link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or what happens when you use them. A link is a pointer to the source, not an endorsement.
Using the content
The writing, layout and design on this site are ours. You are welcome to read, print and share links freely. Republishing our posts wholesale, or scraping the site in bulk, is not permitted without written permission.
