Junior Executive (General) is the one most readers can go for, since any degree will do. Final-year and final-semester students can’t apply. Your marksheet or certificate has to be issued by 15 November, and the date on it is what CWC goes by.

The advertisement gives a separate category split for every post, and some Junior Executive seats are set aside for ex-servicemen and PwBD.

₹1,350 for General, OBC and EWS, ₹500 for Everyone Else

UR, OBC and EWS candidates pay an ₹850 application fee plus ₹500 intimation charges. SC, ST, women, PwBD and ex-servicemen pay only the ₹500 intimation charge. GST is included, but the payment gateway charge is extra.

Online Test for All, Interview Only for Assistant Managers

Junior Executives are picked on the online test and document verification. Assistant Managers also face a 30-mark interview, with the test and interview weighted 85:15. The interview pass mark is 50% for UR and EWS, 45% for OBC and 40% for SC, ST, PwBD and ex-servicemen. A wrong answer in the test costs a quarter of that question’s marks. No exam date has been announced, and call letters come out about 21 days before the test.

Photo, Signature, Thumb Impression and a Handwritten Declaration

Besides a photo and a signature (not in capital letters), the form wants your left thumb impression and a declaration written by hand in black ink on white paper, in the exact words printed in the advertisement. The signature file must be 10 to 20 KB and the thumb impression 20 to 50 KB. Resize image and compress image get scans into those limits.

The advertisement tells you to start at cewacor.nic.in, but that site gave us a certificate error when we opened it on 28 October. CWC’s careers page at cwceportal.com links the same IBPS portal, and the portal’s own schedule lets you print your application until 30 November.
