That is the only address in the official terms of reference, and they say applications sent any other way won’t be considered. If a job site gives you a different email, don’t use it. The advertisement’s 20 positions add up to 34 vacancies, though a few sites say 36.

AS-CFMS stands for Assam Society for Comprehensive Financial Management System. The pay below is the monthly figure each post’s terms of reference call indicative, and the society says it may negotiate higher for an exceptional candidate. All posts are in Guwahati.

Each post’s terms of reference set out the full qualification. Several allow up to a year’s relaxation in experience for an exceptional candidate. The only age limit stated is 65, for the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Expert.
A fresh graduate has no post here. Most of the 34 seats want seven years or more in IT, procurement, law or finance.
Procurement Support Staff, the Post Most Graduates Can Reach
The five staff help departments and bidders use AssamTenders and the Government e-Marketplace (GeM): creating and uploading tenders, bills of quantities and corrigenda, opening bids, sorting out digital signature certificates, training users and logging grievances. Experience on AssamTenders, GeM or the central procurement portal is preferred, along with MS Office, working Assamese and familiarity with the Assam Public Procurement Act, 2017 and its 2020 Rules.
Shortlisting is followed by a written test on IT and computer skills, English, comprehension and general aptitude, then an interview. The Junior Procurement Consultant terms also include a written test. The contract is 11 months in Guwahati, extendable and full-time, with no other job allowed alongside it.

- Fill in the CV format. It asks for your police station, proof of nationality, permanent address and date of birth, your latest salary certificate and a self-attested passport photo.
- Keep the CV to 8 pages and the self-attested certificates to 12. Go over 20 pages in total and the CV may not be considered.
